First thing I noticed in this release was the table background colours had been hard coded in /pntemplates. The result, with my installed theme, was light cyan on white.

I removed ALL bkground colours from the tables code in /pntemplates/*.htm and sitemap used the colours from my installed theme.

Suggestion: Recode sitemap to automatically get installed/activated modules from modules tables - pn_id, pn_name, pn_type, pn_displayname and store this information in the sitemap tables.

This will make sitemap more usable for all users - from Novice PostNukers to semi-Experts - no hand coding for new additions and no re-coding as modules get updates, i.e. phpBB_14 to phpBB_20

The sitemap code would then get any new modules activated when Modules for sitemap: Add was selected.

This change will make the code smaller and easier to maintain because users will not have to add 50 lines of function sitemap_userapi_MODNAME code to pnuserapi.php for each module on their site.
